Room Hire at Grove House, Ilkley

At Grove House, we are a conveniently located venue right in the heart of Ilkley and situated close to Ilkley train station and the main carpark. We have excellent road and rail links to The Yorkshire Dales via the A65, as well as Leeds, Bradford and other major cities. Ilkley has several cafes and shops close by and our friendly staff can offer any tips and recommendations where to grab a bite to eat or details on refreshments at Grove House are detailed below. We are currently hiring out our available rooms for functions, groups, meetings and external activities on an hourly basis.

Our Rooms for Hire

Our large Activity Room on the ground floor can hold up to 100 people in a conference style layout but is also suitable for table tennis, indoor bowls, training sessions, team building days and social functions. This is a spacious, airy room and suitable for large groups.

The Training Room located on the second floor is a large oblong room capable of holding 18-25 comfortably, in a training style environment, with presentation facilities and ample room for activities.

Our Board Room, also on the second floor is ideal for formal meetings: this room can hold 12-14 people and also has presentation facilities available.
Please note the rooms available on the second floor, only have lift access to the 1st floor with steps thereafter.

Back to the ground floor, we have a conservatory area and a newly designed coffee bar which are light open spaces and can hold small groups, but it should be noted that these are not a private rooms as they are within the communal areas.

WI-FI is included and refreshments and projector hire can be also be provided at an extra cost, please contact us for further details.
